Refund Policy

We permit mailed returns of qualifying defective goods as well as non-defective goods, and exchanges are accepted. Reasons for a non-defective request may include reconsidering a purchase, preferring another choice, or ordering the wrong item. Damage, faults, incorrect shipments, missing contents, and substantial description differences are also covered.

A request must reach us no later than 30 days after delivery. Only merchandise in new condition is eligible: it must be unused, unchanged from its original state, and returned with the original box or wrapping, labels, and supplied accessories.

Start the review with the order number, the email used at checkout, and an explanation of the request. If the concern involves damage, a fault, a shipment error, or missing contents, photos or video of both the goods and packaging may be requested. Mailing an item before receiving approval is not permitted.

All approved returns travel by mail. The parcel includes a free prepaid return label, and there is no restocking charge. A requested exchange can be completed only when replacement stock is available.

After approval, a refund is processed within 10 days through the original payment method. Posting time after our processing can vary by financial institution.
